Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Important: All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposit and withdrawal requests are processed through SSL encryption.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to qualify for this bonus. Before withdrawing bonus funds, wagering of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus applies to one account only and may be claimed once.
  • Multiple bonus claims from the same IP address or device are not permitted.
  • Bonus funds and real money are tracked separately.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirements.
  • If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on your gaming activity. Cashback is generally credited every Monday.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 7777c platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. We ensure that no game is rigged or manipulated. Violations of the fair play policy are acted upon immediately.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

5.3 Technical Errors

Account Closure and Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If bonus wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6.2 Account Suspension by the Platform
